• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Damaged or defective items qualify for replacement or refund.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• COD is available on eligible orders across Pakistan.
• Customers should ensure the provided phone number and address are accurate.
• Orders may be confirmed by phone before dispatch.
• BelwellCo reserves the right to refuse COD service for repeated unconfirmed orders.
